ANYTIME | Yoga for Fertility

Practice Yoga online in the comfort of your own home, a space to slow down and connect. Emily offers guided support on practicing yoga safely and in line with your cycle, to support natural conception.

In-person workshop. Join Emily to learn about your fertile health. This workshop is for anyone planning to have a baby, now or in the future. Feel more connected to your mind and body, learn calming techniques to last a lifetime.

We’ll start with an informal chat, followed by a nourishing yoga practice and close with a breathing relaxation.
