What is Fertility Yoga?

1 in 6 couples will not get pregnant after a year of trying. The road to parenthood is not smooth, although we spend most of our younger years thinking it will be. Yoga for fertility will prepare your body and mind for conceiving a baby, improve circulation to the reproductive organs and slow down the body and breathe to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. It gives you the space to let your emotions surface.

Emily has two support options:

1) In-person group Fertility Yoga Workshops in Bristol

2) Online 1-to-1 tailored Fertility Yoga and Support.

  • By moving the body in a nourishing way you are activating the lymphatic system
